Machine Learning was already a milestone, but modern AI especially conversational tools like ChatGPT is reshaping everything.

The way we work, communicate, and learn is evolving at an incredible pace. We’re not just observing this shift we’re part of it.

Driven by curiosity and purpose, we explore these tools, experiment with new ideas, and create applications that open up new markets and meaningful opportunities.

“Tempora mutantur, nos et mutamur in illis. Et amor mundum movet.” Times change, and we change with them. And love moves the world.

This website is a living workspace rather than a polished showcase. Ideas are tested here, prototypes are exposed early, and experiments are shared as part of the process of learning what AI can meaningfully enable.

🌸 Quipsterina is an experimental conversational AI demo focused on streaming UX, short-term memory, and natural dialogue.
Her tone is loosely inspired by classic love poetry and literary reflections on human connection.
It is part of my ongoing work on applied AI interfaces and prototypes.

🌱 Reconstruction, Public Funding & Recovery — Ukraine

Focus: Public funding systems, strategy, and project development, with growing attention to reconstruction and recovery frameworks.
Experience: Building on work with the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF) (PNRR in Italy), with interest extending to broader European and international recovery mechanisms, especially Ukraine.
Research: European funding programmes—structure, strategic priorities, and access mechanisms—supporting companies and institutions through analysis, project exploration, and clearer positioning within complex frameworks, including opportunities related to the European Defence Fund (EDF).
Cultural bridge: Beyond programmes and institutions, I value cultural exchange. Kyiv has an extraordinary and vibrant artistic life shaped by resilience, creativity, and a strong sense of identity.
Recovery project: A human-centred initiative bringing people and families affected by war to the mountains for restorative experiences through hiking and climbing, conceived as a space for physical and mental recovery, reconnection, and rebuilding trust.
Service: I also contribute as a volunteer tutor, continuing to learn while supporting others.
